Contemporary Clubhouse Banquet Facility

Princeton Country Club’s indoor and outdoor event spaces offer an ideal venue to host momentous events and special occasions. Our clubhouse includes a large banquet room, a sunroom and a kitchen, with a full bar staffed by our bartender.

From picturesque weddings and milestone celebrations to luncheons, business dinners and corporate gatherings, our team will help you plan an event that runs smoothly from beginning to end.

Room Rental Rates

Non-member rates from our current rental agreement. Call the clubhouse with any questions.

Banquet Room Package

$600

Large banquet room, sunroom and kitchen. Includes the cleaning fee.

Sunroom Only

$50

The sunroom on its own, for smaller gatherings.

Bartender

$20 / hour

5-hour minimum ($100). A full bar is available; all alcohol must be purchased through the club bar.

How to Reserve

Check your date. Call (812) 385-5669 or email princetoncountryclub@gmail.com.
Return the signed rental agreement with a $100 deposit. Your date is reserved once both are received, and the deposit is applied to your room rental.
Pay a $100 damage deposit before your event. It is returned after the clubhouse is inspected following your event.

Cancellations: cancel at least 90 days before your event date to have your deposit returned.

Good to Know

Decorations may be tied to a rafter or hung on existing hooks only
No tacks or nails on walls or the mantel
Candles must have glass enclosures
No confetti or glitter
Clubhouse furniture may be moved only with permission
Children must be supervised at all times
All alcohol is purchased through the club bar
Decorating on a day other than your event date depends on availability

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very nice quiet place.  Well maintained. Open fairways. Nice greens.  Cart paths need a bit of work. Parking lot is small and crowded at times, but they were not busy my last 2 visits. No tee time required.
Somewhat odd setup with disc golf on the same course. Throws you off your rhythm a bit to have to wait on people throwing frisbees. Overall a decent course. Will play again.
